I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from National Vehicle Supplier - Quality Used Cars in Swindon, Wiltshire, and I can confidently say that this is the best company I have ever dealt with.

I contacted them regarding a VW Passat I was interested in, and from the very first interaction, they were incredibly helpful. As I serve in the forces and was overseas at the time, I asked if they could hold the car for two months until I returned. Without hesitation, they agreed, saying, "Not a problem, we’ll keep it for you until you’re back."

When I finally saw the car yesterday, it exceeded my expectations. It was exactly as described, and I immediately loved it. The owner was incredibly humble, honest, and accommodating. When my wife didn’t feel comfortable driving the car back home, he even offered to deliver it to our house drive for free. This level of customer care is rare and truly commendable.

Very helpful pleasant no pressure highly recommended

A total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Mark was the only person that I left a message for in my search for a van, who actually returned my phone call. He kept me well informed regarding delivery . Everything went very smoothly. I had a small problem with the locking mechanism that he dealt with immediately. User error!! Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

The car was exactly as described on the NVS website, and was given a new MOT and came with a 6month warranty. Best of all Mark was able to deliver it to me at home with minimal hassle and a small deposit saving me a trip to his showroom.

Mark's communication was good throughout the process right from my initial inquiry he responded to emails and texts promptly and accurately.
